So let me get this off my chest: The first time I heard Jarell Perry sing at UCLA, I immediately melted. I’ve been following Jarell’s music journey and listening to the tracks he releases on his site (www.jarellperry.com) and I just get a positive vibe from him. You know you can tell when someone’s on the verge of something great, and J’s rising to that level inch-by-inch everyday. His music will uplift you, I promise you that.
