Every meal needs noodles
My grandma says there’s this Chinese superstition that every birthday you have to consume noodles as a symbol for long life. I love noodles. Every kind, every type, every possible combination and concoction of ingredients with long stemmed noodles, I will eat it. This spot in Westminster with dim sum carts trolling by your table seven days a week is nothing short of heaven....
